Sift started because I was tired of my own job search being a mess. Dozens of tabs open across LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, and Y Combinator. A spreadsheet that was always out of date. The same resume sent to every role, hoping something would stick.

I wanted a system — not another job board, not an auto-apply bot, but a command centre that would pull jobs from everywhere, tell me which ones actually fit, and help me send applications worth reading.

So I built Sift. It connects to 14 job sources, scores every role against your profile using AI, tailors your resume per job with one click, and tracks your entire pipeline in one place. No spray-and-pray. No mass applications. Just craft.
