When you add a job, Sift's AI reads the job description and scores it 0-100 against your profile — skills alignment, experience level, location fit, compensation range, and industry preferences. You see your top matches ranked, not a firehose.

Your data is stored in a secure Supabase Postgres database. If you bring your own Anthropic API key, it's encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and only decrypted at call time. Sift never sells or shares your data.
